I paid Mr. [redacted] for a credit monitoring service in May of 2015 and I have yet to see results, see a status of progress, or get in contact with Mr. [redacted]. He was in constant contact when I inquired his services and in the payment process but since he's received payment it's been impossible to get him to return a call or email. Since he was referred to me by my boyfriend (whom is having the same problem) I asked him to reach out to Mr. [redacted] by phone and by text. He has yet to respond. I have sent numerous emails to [redacted], I've called the only number he's given me as a contact [redacted], which is on his business card and website that is currently disconnected. Finally on 9/30/15 after no response from Mr. [redacted] I had to reach out through social media ([redacted]). I informed him that I have been trying to get in touch with him regarding my account. He responded by tell me that he hasn't received any text messages or calls and gave a new number. Mr. [redacted] NEVER informed his clients of a new phone number. He told me that he would call me the next day (10/1/15) but I have yet to hear from him. This is not the way I conduct business and I definitely do not have money to just give away.
