I ordered a set of hunting clothes (pants and jacket) last month When I received the product it was literally sizes too small and just has a stamp on them that says made in China I informed them via email, since they have no phone number, that these were not even close to American sizes and I want to return that They said that was impossible because they were direct ship from China I sent them numerous communications and finally they agreed to take them back I informed them I would be out of state for a while and once I returned I would send them back I mailed them back at a cost of $to me, and they said that it was past days of the original order Do you know how long a product takes to direct ship from China? Almost weeks So first I was told they dont take refunds (tags are still on) and now its out of timely? They are a crooked company selling Chinese grey market products

I bought hunting clothes from them which took over a month and a half to deliver so were no longer useful to me when they did come but that's not the biggest complaint once the products were received they were a very low quality item and were way too small despite me ordering them sizes big to begin with when contacted the company refused a refund despite the tags still being on the clothes and never worn their refund policy is a complete joke with the sole purpose of ripping people off once they realize how terrible their merchandise is

I ordered a coat on January Was informed in an email that product would ship in to weeksOnce weeks passed I contacted the company asking for an updateI was informed the coat shipped but no tracking information was available but would be delivered in to daysSix days later I asked again for an update and again was told that it was not updated in the USPS system and was unsure what the problem with the usps system wasI still do not have the product and no information as to where the product is or if it has even shipped I feel like I have been lied to multiple times and have been scammed out of dollars

I ordered the products on 7/20/(which they said it would be 2-weeks)and just now received my package today on 9/08/The company tried telling me they don’t know what happened to my package but they are sending me another packageI asked for my money back a few weeks ago since it was so longI opened my package today and the colors are wrongI have tried emailing them today but no response still

Contacted company on 9/5:pm wanting a *** tracking number for the package that was ordered the previous week
Company responded: Hey ***
Looking at your order now (#***)It is currently in the queue to be shipped and should be sent out within the next 1-days
Contacted company Sept26th at 4pm asking if the order has shipped and what the tracking number is
Company responded Oct3rd

I apologize for the extended wait timeIt looks like the package for your order (#***) has not been scanned and accepted by USPS yet, which is what is causing the extra time it's takingI really apologize for this as this is not an issue that happens very often

I ordered a $jacket on September 3rd Money was immediately deducted from my account I have yet to receive a jacket and have requested a refund at this point due to how long I have waited I am being told that they will not refund my money and that USPS lost my shipment before it was processed They want me to wait longer until USPS sorts out their issue This is a similar complaint that was written on Revdex.com already, so now I feel that they are a scam company They refuse to issue me a refund, and they do have a satisfaction guarantee which I am NOT satisfied I have not received anything and paid $for nothing I feel cheated I want my money back!
