I booked this hotel room through [redacted] .com from another stateWhen we arrived for check in the place was falling apart and completely dirtyWhen we switched the light switch on our fingers stuck to it The doors were falling apart, the walls had water stains all over them the ceiling had holes in itThere was a broken bed, blinds broken that he had taped with tape to try and hold it togetherFloors were not clean& the place smelt nastyI had gone in and asked nicely for a refund and returned my key, he told me to go through [redacted] .com and they need to authorize itI called [redacted] they authorized it but when calling the owner told them he couldn't authorize it so I would not be refundedI went back in and explained I did what he told me to and I could not stay there as the place looks like it has never been cleanedI took pictures and have them

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Life Health and Fitness Sports Clubs LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received an email from the company, sent out to a number of members, that there is still no definite plans to...

reopen the gym.  However, I have since learned that this company filed for bankruptcy a full month before selling me a personal training package so I have no reason to believe they are being truthful and attempting to reopen the gym and rather buying themselves time in the bankruptcy courts.I have received no personal response to any of my inquiries about a refund.
