On [redacted] October 2014, I was involved in auto accident which made me inactive for months. I contacted and submitted my claim with them. I was told to provide my physicians information and medical records which I did. Again they needed more information from the doctor. All necessary documents were provided to them to speed up my claim. Now, they were not still satisfied. They needed all documents typed because they were illegible to them. I contacted my doctor if he can type all the documents for me. He stated that they are just playing games with me. Because company has ever demanded such. I have not heard from them ever since.
