I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. The Financial Fitness Package I bought was damaged when I received them and the CD skips. There is no customer service number for you to call and you spend your whole entire day emailing back and forth with someone who does not wish to help you.

Sent items back for refund, did not receive full refund. I returned several items, in January, including some without receipt. Several other people I know also returned items without receipt and received a full refund.I returned allof the following items, some without receipts, most with, and would like the full refund. Also I have not yet received the refund that the company feels I am entitled to, and it is 5 months later. As mentioned previously, friends I know personally also returned items without receipts, and received refunds. I would like the same standard of customer service applied to me, and refund issued within 30 days (it has already been 5 months - that I think is a reasonable demand). Life Leadership, LLLP ("Life") received a refund request on January 6, 2016. Our Customer Service team advised the customer of the two return policies found in our Policies and Procedures and requested all qualified products, associated with a receipt, to be sent to our office for processing. The products were returned to the office on January 15, 2016. Life's refund polices:1. 30 Day Money Back Guaranteea. Life and its Members offer a 100% 30 day money-back guarantee to all Retail Customers and Members for all Life physical products. Every Member is bound to honor the Retail Customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a Retail Customer is dissatisfied with any Life physical product, the Retail Customer may return the resalable portion of the product to the Member from whom it was purchased, or Life if purchased directly, within 30 days for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs). Life also offers a 100% money-back guarantee to all Retail Customers and Members for all Life services and seminars (less any shipping costs) provided a refund request is made prior to the scheduled conclusion of the services or seminars.2. Product Return Upon Cancellation/termination of Membershipa. Upon cancellation of a Member's Agreement, the Member may return Financial Fitness packs, products and sales aids that he or she personally purchased from Life (purchases from other Members or third parties are not subject to refund) that are in Resalable condition and which have been purchased within one year prior to the date of cancellation. Subscription products are non-resalable items and therefore returns of these products fall under the 30 days return policy detailed in section 7.1. Upon receipt of a Resalable Financial Fitness pack and/or Resalable products and sales aids, the Member will be reimbursed 90% of the net cost of the original purchase price(s). Neither shipping and handling charges incurred by a Member when the Financial Fitness pack, products or sales aids were purchased, nor return shipping fees, will be refunded. If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account. If a Member was paid a commission based on a product(s) that he or she purchased, and such product(s) is subsequently returned for a refund, the commission that was paid based on that product purchase will be processed according to section 6.2.1.March 4, 2016 the customer contacted our Customer Service requesting an update on the refund. The product returned by the customer in January was misplaced and not found until March 23rd at which time a refund was processed in the amount of $345.76. The check was cleared on May 4, 2016.The customer attempted to return product in the amount of $350 not supported by valid receipts and therefore did not fall under the refund policies. We stand behind these policies, however due to the lengthy time in processing and closing the initial refund, we have issued a refund for the remaining $350 of non-receipt product. The additional refund of $350 has been submitted and will be processed during our next scheduled check run which is May 20th. This additional refund gives the customer a 100% refund and closes out their request.Thank you for your time and consideration. As stated in your previous response, the customer has now been issued 2 refunds. The first refund was for $345 which cleared our banking system on May 4, 2016. The additional refund, in which we agreed to grant the customer even though the request was not supported with proper receipts and documentation, was processed on May 20, 2016 and should be received by the customer this week. The addition of the second refund gives the Customer beyond a full refund based on our policies and procedures closing out their request.Thank you for your time and consideration. I joined life leadership. When I joined, I was told that if I was unsatisfied, I could cancel & get a full refund within 30 days. It was never disclosed to me that the books had to be in resalable condition. I called to cancel my membership. They sent me an E-mail with instructions to return the books & in the instructions, it states that the books have to be in resalable condition. I E-mailed [redacted] back & told her that this information was not disclosed to me at time of purchase & that my daughters puppy, ripped a piece off of the box & chewed on a small corner of the book. She replied telling me that its on their website. I wasn't given the information for their website until after the fact. I feel that this is their way of keeping peoples money that purchase this product because the sales people are very good at their job, then realize that its not as easy as they say.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund for all products purchased.Business Response To become an individual affiliated with our company, each new member must adhere to the following process:An individual signs the enrollment form known as the Independent Member Application and Agreement. they told me a lie to get my payment and now will not refund my money[redacted] act [redacted] enrolled 7-28-16 150.00 dollars I payed and was told I will make money with the money I join and if I decide not to stay with them im entitled to a full money back refund at any time before my payment was taken the person that took my payment lied to me in order to take my payment and then when I told him I wasent interested less than 2 weeks aftermy payment he drug it along then once it was behond 30 days I was then given the contact info to get my refund wich now im being told im pased the 30 days and they will not refund my money but they are the reason its passed 30 days and also I was told I could get my money back any time no questions asked now there giving me a hard time im a single working family with 3 kids and a fiance 2 kids in diapers I cant afford to be scammed out of my money please help me with this Desired Settlementi would like for them to notify the company and adress the issues with people lieing to people to get a payment and not telling them they can get a refund any time if thats not true also I belive all payments should only be made on a recorded line because I never put my card info in a computer one of there employees did it on his personal cell phone and basicly scammed me out of my money please help me get my money back Business Response September 21, 2016Dear Thank you for forwarding this complaint. We take these complaints very serious and respect the position of the Revdex.com. On September 7th, the customer submitted a refund request to Life Leadership, LLLP ("Life"). After several clarification emails between our Customer Service Department and the customer, Life processed a refund on September 19th in the amount of $117.69. Our Customer Service advised the customer, via email, that a refund was submitted and would take between 3-5 days to process. According to our policies and procedures, portions of the customer's transaction is non refundable. We waived this policy and issued a second refund to the customer in the amount of $27.91. The additional refund was submitted on September 20th and again should take between 3-5 days for processing. This gives the customer a 100% refund on all interactions with Life.Thank you for your time and consideration. Please confirm to the undersigned that the case was satisfactorily resolved.
