Yesterday I received the promised response from Lifeline Screening/Life Line Healthcare Although I still maintain that I was misinformed as to the charges that I would personally incur, I am sending them a check for $just to be done with them I will never go to Life Line (or Lifeline) again and will share my experience with anyone who asks about them Thank you for your help, Revdex.com.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Life Line Community Healthcare told you that they "would be responding directly to the patient in this case" - but they haven't contacted me My chief complaint is the way they pulled a "bait and switch," by tacking on an additional "Annual Wellness Visit" which I did not request I requested (and pre-paid for) tests from Lifeline Screening and then I got directed to Life Line Community Healthcare (similar name, but not same entity)They billed my insurance for $and still want $from me Regards, [redacted]

Life Line provides test of critical vascular system, bone density, blood test, blood pressure, etc I had a session 9/22/in PtPleasant, NJ at the Elks Club At end f test they ask if you would like a doctor to review your test at no chargeIf you said yes you\would not be charged, but you enabled them to bill your insurance company $ I had a less than minute review I was "out of system" of my insurance provider, so I got invoiced $for the token review

Life Line provides test of critical vascular system, bone density, blood test, blood pressure, etc. I had a session 9/22/16 in Pt. Pleasant, NJ at the Elks Club.

At end f test they ask if you would like a doctor to review your test at no charge. If you said yes you\would not be charged, but you enabled them to bill your insurance company $421. I had a less than 1 minute review.

I was "out of system" of my insurance provider, so I got invoiced $150 for the token review.
