Yes I sent out a brand New Nikon D610 Camera for filters to be removed. They said this process takes 5-7 days. They received the camera on August 11 2017. I have called several times and first time I spoke with them they acted like they didn't receive the camera, although I told them it was delivered on the August 11 2017 and have confirmation from USPS mail that it was delivered to receptionist at front desk. He then told me to hold on a few minutes, he later came back on the phone and said yes we do have your camera and should have it by monday. Well It is now Wednsday August 23rd 2017 and have not heard anything and still no camera received in the mail. This camera was brand new Nikon D610 and cost me $1499 and I paid them $350 to remove the filters... This is no laughing matter and rely heavily on my cameras for income since I am a freelance photographer for getty images. Thanks
