her 1st month and last month rent plus a $15.00 administrate fee. The first rental payment due on Mrs. [redacted]’s account was due 8/5/2016 in the amount of $107.00, Mrs. [redacted] made a $900.00 payment online on 8/6/16 and $122.00 was applied to her rental account the breakdown is as follows August 5th monthly rental payment of $107.00 +$15.00 late fee for a total of$122.00 and $778.00 was credited to her escrow account. The escrow account is utilized for customers wishing to pay over the amount due on their account. On 9/5/2016 a payment of $107.00 was pulled from Mrs. [redacted]’s escrow and posted to her rental payment due on 9/5/2016 in the amount $107.00, according to our records Mrs. [redacted] also made an online payment later the same day for $500.00 which $107.00 applied for another rental payment making next rent due 11/5/2016 and applied the remaining $393.00 to customer escrow account. Mrs. [redacted] called and spoke with Linda (accounts manager) on Thursday 9/29/2016 and advised Linda she did not want to pay the 60 month contract and requested the shed to be picked up. The pickup was submitted and activated on 10/5/16 which is company policy once a week. This was around the time we experience the storm from Hurricane Matthew in her area and the according to our contract driver he was unable to pick up due to weather conditions. Mrs. [redacted] reached out to our Retrieval Dept. on 10/27/16 and Crystal advised her of weather situation delay and we are attempting to pick up the shed in a timely manner. Crystal advised Mrs. [redacted] once the unit is picked up and fully inspected a request for refund check would be made. A refund check in the amount of $1293.00 was mailed to Mrs. [redacted] on 11/17/2016 to [redacted] Rd. [redacted], NC 27801. We sincerely apologize for the hold up in this matter.
[redacted] The refund check mailed to [redacted] on 10/6/2016 has been returned to our office marked “Return to Sender Vacant” Unable to forward. The address as discussed with you earlier is the address [redacted] provided us with; [redacted]...
[redacted] What would you or [redacted] like for us to do with the check? We would be happy to scan to you as proof of our attempt to mail to [redacted] her refund as requested, please advise
