The issue with the jeep grand Cherokee was not a year problemI have brought the vehicle back in hours because of the door falling offYou have told me that you done repairs to the vehicle
and broke it and still sold it to meThe vehicle had a recall since which you never tried to replaceI fixed itI bought a broken vehicle back you took it and I gave you more down and you kept adding on to my monthly paymentsI was making payments on two vehicles at the same time

Review: On February 27, 2014 returned broken vehicle and Elizabeth Thomas pointed out the 95 jeep grand Cherokee to me with warranty and [redacted] did all repairs. The problems was happening with the door fell off the 2 day and purchased new tires from Costco wholesale was told vehicle needs front end alignment. Took vehicle to Wayne tires was told that due to insurance policies can not work on vehicle due to parts needed to fix front alignment can't be done. We took the vehicle back for a refund was denied. Got a factory recall on vehicle it was very important to repair. Never been done. Went to dmv with original purchased documentation and was told the paper were false and life styles auto sales and rental was not a license dealer to sell car need to file a report on the business for false paper work not authorized by dmv. Law enforcement officials turned me away sayingthat iit's civil not criminal. We also live in the business owners house and going thrua llaw suit against him for landlord tenant issues. My husband who is my financial payee was falsely arrested for allegedly violating the law. The sheriff department dispatch only had my name, so how they knew my husband. Thanks to Roscoe and Laverne Holloway giving the deputies our background report and non license repo card to repo the vehicle. I told them that this is a housing issue and not vehicle issue. No one listened. [redacted] and [redacted] illegal repo a broken recalled vehicle thanks to the help of the sheriff department.Desired Settlement: I want my husband charges against him dropped. I want a full refund for the vehicle and monthly payments to. I want there business closed for selling stolen vehicles. I have already started complaint against the business owners and corporations to the attorney General of California and Secretary of state for California and tax board for charging us sales tax and the boe for not having a selling permit to sell vehicle. Criminal charges against them need to be filled with the district attorney.

You have told me that you done repairs to the vehicle and broke it and still sold it to me. The vehicle had a recall since 1997 which you never tried to replace. I fixed it. I bought a broken vehicle back you took it and I gave you more down and you kept adding on to my monthly payments. I was making payments on two vehicles at the same time.
