February 1, 2018Dear [redacted] :This firm represents Monument Parking Co., Inc in connection with the referenced complaint (copy attached)The complaint was filed by [redacted] ***, ("Claimant") a former customer of the Premises on January 16, 2016.My client takes claims very seriously and conducted a thorough investigation of this matterIn order to assure proper investigation of all claims, the Premises has cameras throughout and, with the assistance of the building security at the Premises, viewed the filmA print of pertinent photos is attached for your review; these can be summarized as follows:• Photo #shows the Customer entering the PremisesYou can clearly see damage to the automobile in this photo• Photo #is a cloof Photo #• Photo #shows the parking location of the automobile (note that the side wall is on the passenger side and the damaged area is on the driver's side).While we are troubled that the Claimant believes she was threatened, we do not consider our employees the threatening type and are carefully trained to handle all claims in a businesslike mannerThat said, in this case, the gravamen of the Claimant's argument is in error as readily determined from the photosYou can see for yourself from the photos that the Claimant is simply misdirected and should seek recourse elsewhere.In closing, I must add that my Client has been in business in this District for over years, takes its reputation very seriously and prides itself on its good, longstanding customer relationshipsIndeed, occasionally problems do occur; however, I must personally note that my Client is the first to correct the cases where it is at faultHowever, this case is simply not one of those casesWe request that you urge the Claimant to dismiss her complaint and close the matterAs an attorney, the Claimant should recognize this.Very truly yours, [redacted] **
