Review: I telephoned the company and requested to cancel my membership. I was informed that per their policy I had to submit a certified letter asking for membership to be terminated. Not willing to incur the cost or time of sending a certified letter, I instructed my credit card company to stop the automatic payment. I have since been harassed by Lifetime on an almost daily basis with emails requesting credit card information. I telephoned them and stated that I stopped payment because I wanted to cancel my membership. I received an email today that stated that before I could cancel my membership, I needed to pay two months back membership. If that payment is received by 8/31/14, then I would be charged for one more month before my membership is cancelled.Desired Settlement: I just want to cancel my membership and not pay and back payments or a September payment.
