by me. Saturday brought about 100 calls from customers and new customers alike. I informed Mr. [redacted] at the time that I was not sure which day I would be out to look at his roof due to the amount of calls we had and the fact that we must take care of our existing customers first. I had his address on todays roster and left him an estimate for roof replacement. I am sorry for the delay in estimating his roof replacement.
