Life With Solar committed to complete my solar array 150% of power bill project. They constantly delayed job, lied about filing for permits..Life With Solar committed to complete my solar array 150% of power bill project. They constantly delayed job, lied about filing for permits. They passed the job onto an affiliate of theirs named [redacted] who is now under investigation for fraud and bad business and is in litigation with various entities. My project was delayed costing me 50% of power bill in solar (Estimated $50,000 in loss, the job is still unfinished. The original contract is with Life With Solar. Additional information received is that Life With Solar is under investigation by the [redacted] for bad business and has had issues with the State Contractors Board and has also lost [redacted] Solar Installation for numerous issues and or problems.Desired SettlementI will accept nothing less than $ 50,000 for the estimated loss for their delays and lies. I am preparing litigation if not resolved promptly.Business Response This job was submitted in a rebate progam in 2010. Any adjustments to size were mandated by the public utilities commission and NV Energy. That being said Life with Solar transferred the rebate account to [redacted] as Life with Solar chose not to represent the complaintant through the rebate process.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Very simple.. Life with solar stalled and delayed this job, lied several times during this contractual business dealing. Life with solar was and most likeley is still under investigation by the PUC and also was NOT supposed to do any solar installations since they have been in trouble before. Again thanks to delays, lies and broken contractual commitments we lost tens of thousands of dollars of rebates when the law changed after the numerous promised installation dates. Life with solar just kept me hanging causing damages.Final Business Response I am done respondingFinal Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Let us get one thing straight, the rebate was reduced because Life With Solar and affiliates DELAYED INSTALLATION AND DUE TO DELAY THE LAW WAS CHANGED FROM 150% DOWN TO 100%. IF LIFE WITH SOLAR KEPT ITS NUMEROUS BROKEN PROMISES WE WOULD HAVE HAD $50,000 + OF SOLAR MORE. I HAVE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FROM THE NV PUC AS WELL AS SUPPORTING EVIDENCE THAT LIFE WITH SOLAR IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Also, numerous other solar customers who used life with solar and its affiliates have filed complaints.BOTTOM LINE IS LIFE WITH SOLAR MADE NUMEROUS PROMISES ABOUT WHEN OUR SYSTEM WOULD BE INSTALLED, ALL WERE BROKEN. STATED WE HAD A PERMIT, I CALLED THEM ON IT, ANOTHER LIE, THEN THEY RACED DOWN AND FILED ONE, STILL NO INSTALL DATE, THEY COULD NOT HONOR THERE CONTRACT, PASSED IT ON TO [redacted] (ANOTHER COMPANY IN LITIGATION AND UNDER INVESTIGATION AND NO LONGER IN BUSINESS) WHO TOO CAUSED DELAYS. THE 150% DEADLINE WAS MISSED RESULTING IN 50% LOSS OF SOLAR VALUED OVER $ 50,000.I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER RESOLUTION THAN OUR 50% SOLAR.ALSO, THEY CLAIM MADE IN USE AND WE FIND OUT MADE IN CHINA!!!!!Life With Solar is a NON REPUTABLE BUSINESS WITH NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH STATE CONTRACTORS BOARD AND OTHERS. The State Contractors Board will be my next complaint then civil suit will be filed.....
