We received the consumer's email inquiry on 12/21/at 6:14pm, outside of office hours, inquiring about an order that was placed on our websiteWe responded via email to the consumer on the morning of 12/22/stating that we could not find the order in our fulfillment systemTherefore a technical error must have occurredWe suggested to the to consumer call into our customer service team to discuss the issue further so that we could find a solutionWe notified the consumer that in the event they were charged for the order that they would be refunded when they called inWe have not received a follcall from the consumerBy calling in would we not only have been able to process a refund for the consumer but it is also our policy to offer discounts towards future purchases for the inconvenienceWe would be more than happy to assist the consumer if they would like to reach out to us
