I purchased an LG washer years agoIt recently quit working locking my clothes insideI called a repairman and the computer had gone out due to a recall I was never notified aboutI contacted LG and was told 3-business days or 24-hours I would have a resolutionIt has been weeks and they sent the recall part without the computer boardMy clothes are still locked in my washerI would never recommend purchasing an LG product unless you like being on hold for 20-minutes and enjoy speaking to someone that does not speak English and you do not expect to get your product fixedIt has cost me more at the laundromat than if I would have ordered the part and had my washer repaired at my own expenseDo not purchase LG appliances
