These business is a scam and should be fined for misrepresentation and advertising and so should be the celebrities that got paid to endorse it -
Why is nothing being done and they continue to scam people ?

I began using LifeCell about years ago with the free trial and have have nothing but positive experiences with both the product and customer serviceFor me it was the answer to a number of skin issues including dark spots loose skin and hard lines in mouth and forhead areaIt worked so well that I began using it on the back of my hands for sun damage there The results were equally good! I found for me it was not necessary to use the product 2x's daily to get those results and had way to much product when the next shipment cameI called the included phone number on the product and the customer service gal was happy to put me on an as needed basisI simply called when I wanted to reorderThey were lovely to work withThere were no free samples of other products when I began using this product but later they began including some...good marketing idea I say
I have stopped ordering this year, not because I wanted toSince I am no longer working I had to tighten expenses It has been a pleasure doing business with you Life Cell Thank you for an excellent product

I have been so pleased with the clarity as to the billing and the product I am informed when they are ready to ship and when they will be billing me I receive an additional email saying the Shipment is on it's way They even offer for you to reschedule shipment if necessary This company is VERY accommodating
South Beach Skin Care is amazing In the past my skin has reacted to top of the line skin care products but South Beach gives great results from soothing wrinkles around the eyes, face, and neckMy skin feels refreshed and I have been getting compliments

I began using LifeCel several months ago and thought there was little difference in my skin But...over the last two-three weeks several people have commented on how great my skin looks Some see me everyday, some hadn't seen me a years I would guess looking at yourself in the mirror doesn't allow you to really see the difference I am so glad to have kept on with LifeCell
Additionaly, the staff/customer service people are courteous and helpful

Disappointed with the way a free trial is handledI was told that unless I return the unused portion of the small tube I would be charged $This doesn't seem very logical to send back a nearly empty tube just to cancel any future shipments

I have ordered Life Cell more than once and never had a problem with the business nor the product. They sent me a guarantee form stating the return date if I was not satisfied with product. I kept the form until the date limitation for return had expired. I wish I had kept it so I could write exactly what it stated. I will be placing another order soon.
The cream last a very long time and I was very pleased with it.

I just received an unsolicited box of what I assume is cosmetics which I refused. Sometime ago I received some "free samples" which I never used as I have severe reactions to Retinol. I immediately discarded the samples after my face broke out but there was no instructions to return these. Also, I don't recall giving any credit card information to the company as I rarely accept freebies with that caveat. However, one never knows, it was a long time ago. I normally watch my credit card statements and I don't remember a South Beach Charge but is there any way to find out?
This company is obviously a criminal operation and I would advise anyone to steer clear of any "free" offers of samples. One can always buy these types of firming creams in any drugstore. Loreal and Lancome make excellent creams but any good brand contains similar ingredients assuming you are not among the minority of people who cannot tolerate Retinol.

I purchased the trial skin care products in 2013. The company's claims about how the products worked were true for me. I continued to use the products for several months. Each month, as promised, they included a free item i.e. facial cleanser etc. which was part of the deal. I don't remember now if it was the 4th or 5th purchase you were suppose to receive a small skin care machine valued roughly at $150.00 (I think). Anyway, with that shipment I received a very nice pre-printed card stating that the item was on back order. I waited several weeks then called to inquire about when I might receive the free item. Customer Service Rep. stated that my name was at the top of the list and I should receive it in a few weeks. When that didn't happen, I called back and was told it might not ever happen but they would substitute a skin care item in it's place if I wanted them to. No, I didn't want a substitution (isn't that referred to as bait and switch?) but I did want the free machine that was promised when I joined! I suggested they get in touch with their original manufacturer of the machine and figure out how to honor their offer. After all, I've spent quite a large amount of my hard earned money by now. Since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain I asked them to cancel any future orders and delete my credit card information which they did (or I assume they did as I didn't get any future billings). I would have continued purchasing products from this company but since they would not follow through with their offer I wondered what other poor business practice they might adopt in the future. If losing a good paying customer was more important to them they would have figured out a way to stand by their original offer. So, in conclusion -- good products (positive rating) -- bad business decision (negative rating). Don't promise what you can't (or won't) deliver.

This company is unethical. I thought I was receiving a FREE trial. Granted I didn't scroll down or see the small print when I paid for what I thought was a sample. The product never arrived, and hence I could not send back the product after the 30 days 'trial'. And so they have charged me for the product that I did not want or receive.
This company deliberately misleads. They are unethical and should not be allowed to trade.
I also agree that these celebrities who endorse thsi product should be recieving some flack for this- just wrong, wrong, wrong !!! >:(

I ordered this product and did not find it successful. I called customer service after the 14 day trial period and my account was charged $97+ dollars. I asked the customer service representative if he could cancel my "subscription" so I would not be billed again and to not receive further shipments. He offered me a 50% off lifetime discount if I chose to stay with this amazing product. I politely declined. He then offered me an 80% off lifetime discount. I again politely refused stating that I could never use that product often enough to receive it every month. He cancelled my account. I then asked if I could get a refund for the $97+ dollars as I was only a few days past and would send back the unused product. I had only used it a handful of times. He told me that the company does not offer a refund for unused products. I asked again if he would reconsider. He emphatically told me that the company NEVER gives a refund for a used product only if the box was never opened. I stated that there are many similar companies with the same type of product who offer full refunds for any unused amount of product. Again, he refused. I asked if he could speak to a manager or supervisor to discuss perhaps even a partial refund and he hung up on me.

I emailed customer service stating all of the above and have not heard back. I am going to assume that I won't receive any type of refund and that this company is not very good at customer service.

Also, the product is not any more "magical" at removing wrinkles and fine lines than any other similar product on the market and certainly if they can offer an 80% lifetime discount, they are overcharging.
