I received x $gift cards, tried to redeem, was no longer valid(***, ***)It was after the Ontario law prohibiting gift cards expiryI called, they re-issued and emailed me certificate for $and assured me it will not expire (***)Again, when I went to their site to check, it was no longer validI tried to call them, could not reach anyoneI tried sending them messages through the contact us option on their website, never received a responseI had not yet used the gift cards because most of what this company offers are either too far from me or products or services that do not interest meI was checking their site to see if they had anything newThe people who gave me this card spent $which I do not want to go to waste

Just a day ago I wrote an email to Life Experience telling them I was disppointed in their gift card that had expired Much to my surprize they wrote back to me today and have replaced my old gift card with a new one Now that is customer service I wrote and thanked them for doing this I now retract my complaint and want to say that I am more than satisfied with how they resolved this issue Thanks
