I made an online reservation for a cab (easy to do on their web site)They confirmed the reservation with an email (A+) which included all our trip information, and our correct phone numberAt this point they did everything perfectlyThe perfection ended here
Ten minutes after the scheduled arrival time I called to ask where our cab wasThey informed me that they called to confirm that we still wanted the cab, got no answer on the call and cancelled the reservationI stated there was no message on our answering machine, and was told there was no machineAt that stage I asked what number they called, and they had called a different number than the one in their email to meWho knows how they came up with the number, but regardless we had no reservation
After admitting it was their error they offered no apology and asked if we still wanted the cabThey said they would call back with an ETA for a carDid not hear from them for minutes so we drove ourselves to a wine tasting which my wife enjoyed, me not so much since I had to drive homeDo not use Desert Cab if you need or want to get anywhere
