LifeGlo's documented deceptive business practices (Revdex.com Ad. Code, Sec. 18, Negative Option Plans) also includes refunds "granted" but never paid.
Like many harmed consumers documented on the Federal Trade Commission website, Consumer Information section, I, too, fell victim to LifeGlo's deceptive advertising and opted for what I thought was a "free" trial offer.

Six charges to my credit card later (totaling $341.70), and despite three stressful months of requests, emails, phone calls, documentation, and promises of a full 100% refund, I have still not received any refund whatsoever.

I have called LifeGlo Garcinia in September (9/27/17), October (10/11/17) and now November (11/2/17), speaking to numerous customer service representatives and customer care managers each time (Briana, Adam, Robert, Stephanie,...).

Each call brings new apologies, different procedures, helpless representatives, yet repeated assurances that the refund has "been approved" or "the funds have been released" or "it is in the operations area so I cannot do anything on my end" or "it may take 8-10 banking days for the refund to be received" or "you should never have been told it would take 8-10 banking days; refunds take up to 30 business days" or "you need to keep calling your bank to see if the problem is on their end" or "the merchant's account may be causing the delay; you may need to contact them".

When asked today, 11/2/17, to provide the name and title of higher management, Stephanie, customer care manager, repeats her name. When asked again for the name and title of her manager, the representative says the manager is not in the office but she can message him. When asked a third time for the name and title of the supervisor, she again repeats her name. When asked if it is policy not to provide access to supervisors, the representative states, interestingly, that while it is not their policy to deny access to management, she is not authorized to provide their name and number. Finally, the representative gives me the name of Jason who is still not in the office. She does tell me that Jason checked and I am "on the list to receive a full refund check but it will take up to 30 banking days." When asked if this is a new 30 days, as I have already waited 30 days, she says yes. So, that makes 60 days. Every promise changes and still no refund. The dishonesty is unconscionable. I am allegedly to get a call from Jason tomorrow morning. We shall see.

Worse was my call with an Adam in October who was convincing in his concern for my delays, lack of refund, and misinformation by his colleagues. Adam assured me that I would get a full 100% refund within 30 banking days, and when asked, was only too happy to schedule a "Quality Assurance Call Back" on October 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. to make sure the first of two refunds was received. I believed Adam. I checked my accounts. Nothing. I waited for his call. Nothing.

I can provide the following transaction numbers given by Adam on 10/11/2017 that allegedly should have reassured me that my 100% refunds are/were on their way:

Can the Revdex.com of West Florida please help me receive an immediate and full 100% refund of $329.80 to my Visa credit card which LifeGlo has on file? LifeGlo certainly had no time delays in charging that same credit card immediately and monthly starting in July! Their deceit now is reprehensible.

I seek an immediate 100% refund of the full $329.80 to my Visa credit card which LifeGlo has on file.

We apologize for the delay. Due to some internal processing issues we had some problems issuing the refund. However, that is no excuse and apologize that this issue was not resolve quicker. We also contacted Mrs *** and confirmed her address for delivery of a check which is schedule to be there Nov 15th.
