 We are in receipt of your concern re order [redacted] and sincerely apologize that your customer experience did not meet your expectations....

 We take pride in building positive experiences and relationships with our customers and are always concerned when we have disappointed a valued customer.   I’ve included below, a copy of our latest correspondence regarding this order, for your reference.  As noted, our Supervisor of CS Relations did reach out to let you know that we had taken steps to contact UPS regarding your shipment and offered for a credit to be issued as soon as we had confirmation that the package was in transit.   We left the issue flagged as open as we continued to follow up with UPS.  We have checked tracking several times and have called UPS versus relying on their website as we continued not to see any movement on their site.  Upon speaking with them we were advised that the package was delivered to [redacted], and that it was not in transit back to us, even though it is tagged as “being returned to sender”.  Additional conversations with UPS yesterday confirm these findings. While we rely heavily upon the information provided to us by our carriers to respond to customer inquiries/concerns, we will forego our normal protocol, on this order, of issuing credits when we see product in transit back to, and/or receipt by, our facility and have issued a full refund in the amount of $344.29 to the card on file.  This should be reflected on your account within a few days.   We rely upon your understanding regarding the delay in our response and trust this refund is satisfactory.     With Kindest Regards,  [redacted] [redacted]  *  [redacted]  *  [redacted]
 
[redacted]  I hope you are doing well today! We just spoke on the phone and I wanted to follow up on our conversation. I did call UPS to see if it would be possible for us to speed up that return so we could issue you a refund more promptly. Unfortunately according to UPS the package is still in possession of the receiver and has not been picked up by the carrier to be returned. As soon as we see the items are being returned I will happily issue you a refund for those items. Until that time however, I will be unable to issue any refund for the purchased items.
