My daughter saw a therapist at lifeline PCS west in Arizona At the end of her treatment I requested a recommendation letter The manager Kris told me it would be ready on Monday the 16th , we are already a week over that point and I still haven't heard from them they will not even return my calls, emails or get me schedule to talk to them about this matterTheir customer service and unwillingness to help and support clients especially children after their treatment and for their best interest is a big concern If you have kids please do more research before you enroll them in a place like this I would NOT recommend Lifeline PCSI can provide you with the email communication between life line and me and how they just we're telling me lies and then not even answering or getting back to me about the recommendation letter they said was ready for me
