On Tuesday, Dec 8th I contacted Lifeline Plumbing & Heating because my furnace was not working the night before, and it was very cold in my home! I called their office and I was told that one of their technicians would contact me asapSure enough, less than a half hour later, a gentleman named Brian said he could stop by in about an hour and take a look at the furnace.The first hint that I got that this was going to go well was that Brian showed up minutes early than expected! I took him down to my basement and told him that I thought the problem was my ignition switchHe wanted to check the entire furnace first and proceeded to go about his businessSoon, he pinpointed the problemBrian said that their appeared to be some type of blockage in a drainage hoseHe took the piece apart removed the obstruction, and sure enough, my furnace fired up! It was AWESOME! Brian diagnosed the exact problem, wasted no time, and charged me a very fair priceHe was a consummate professional, and I plan on using his company in the future and telling friends and neighbors to do the same! Brian is an asset to Lifeline Plumbing, and I highly recommend Lifeline to anyone who needs a plumbing or heating technician

I had a sump pump go out in the ejector pit. This happened on a Sunday morning. I called Lifeline Plumbing and they told me there would be someone out later in the day. Brent [redacted] was the plumber that installed our new sump pump. Brent told us what we needed and gave us a choice on what pump to install. Brent was very professional, did an exceptional job, and left the site very clean. I will be using Lifeline Plumbing on any future plumbing issues.
