Marketing and Advertising company we have great success in finding potential birthmothers who are looking to place their baby for adoptionAs our material reads; we may get supporting information about the birthmother and in some cases we may notWe never make monetary promises to the birthmother but do find out what her initial needs will be and pass the information we do know onto the family she chooses.We would never call a birthmother a liarWe do explain that birthmother’s needs may change from when she first contacts us to when she deliversWill also say that their current situation is filled with much dysfunction or there would be no need to make an adoption planAs adoptive parents, we feel the birthmothers who contact us are true hero’s who make a selfless plan.It is correct that in years of facilitating over adoptions; we have never had anyone adopt a baby and then ask for a full or partial refundWe satisfied our part of the contract and in less time then it takes a pregnant woman to carry a baby to full termIt is very difficult to find an organization that can find a birthmother to successfully place her healthy newborn baby for adoption within months!*** *** *** *** *** Time of History• Client accepted offer to join LifeLong Adoptions on March 6, 2015• March 11, executed contract• March 12, Flash Drive with photo’s received.• March 17, profile creation started along with verbiage review.• March 19, 2015, profile completed and sent over to client for approval• April 2, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• April 13, *** spoke with *** to follow up on home study progress.• May 7, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• May 21, 2015, *** called *** for monthly follow up “checking in” Tim stated all is going well and appreciates us.• June 2, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• June 12, 2015, emailed about profile• July 2, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• July 22, 2015, left message to check in with client• August 4, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• August 10, 2015, *** spoke with ***; they have new photos with better resolutionProfile was updated same day; client approved all changes on August 11, 2015.• Client was selected by birthmother through a family contact form via *** on August 11, @ 7:33pm*** made contact with Kari for next steps of adoption, mailed packet to her with a profile of the client.• August 12, 2015, LifeLong notified client of a birthmother whom was interested in taking the next steps.• August 13, 2015, Birthmother made contact with ***, “Likes AP a lot”• August 14, 2015, Birthmother is ready to move forward with attorneys; *** emailed client referrals for the legal processClient is now connected with birthmother.• August 20, 2015, *** made followed up with birthmother via text to check on how things were progressingAll good!• September 3, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• September 9, 2015, *** made contact with the client via email to check in.• September 15, 2015, *** followed up with client• September 16, 2015, *** made contact with birthmother via text to check in, also followed up with client same day• October 2, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• October 21, 2015, *** called client to check in, c-section was scheduled for November 13.• October 26, 2015, *** left message with client to introduce new staff member.• November 3, 2015, Monthly Update email sent with prior months history• November 11, 2015, *** emailed client to check in, baby born on November 15, 2015.• November 17, 2015, *** emailed client to check in on legal progress, birthmother signed and all is good*** texted birthmother same day to check in with her, all is good.• November 18, 2015, Successful adoption• November 23, 2015, *** emailed client to check in on ICPC status, no response.• November 23, 2015, outline of services provided for ICPC clearance• December 2, 2015, *** spoke with *** *** to request refund• December 10, 2015, *** and *** called *** to follow up pertaining refund, no answer left message*** sent follow up email same day.• December 11, 2015, *** spoke with *** to deny refundClarified section of contract that we did not breach our contact and satisfied all terms as he had a successfulplacement.-LifeLong was never notified until November 25, that there was any issue with service or support*** was the main point of contact through the talking and connected stage with birthmother*** never was engaged until he sent the email asking for a refund
