1.) "Apparently the company has changed a lot of practices but never let its long term customers know."
    - Lifelong Publisher was released in late 2010. Every customer was sent a letter, email's and verbally told as orders were placed.
If you look at the account screenshot(CHAccountinfo.png) Castle Hills publisher account was active from 2010.

2.) We also changed our products and discontinued some as all companies do. However, the candle referred            to "I thought they accidentally sent me the wrong candle" was changed in 2012. If they did not like the candles they could have returned them no questions asked. Yet they bought more. The discontinued candle's print feature was not removed from "Lifelong Publisher" the program Castle Hill was suppose to be using, until Novemeber 2013. There was ample amount of time given to use any older products. The Lifelong Memories Printing program was discontinued as well in 2013.

3.) "No mention of buying time if you don't spend $1500.00/year." Everyone was informed of this, it is posted on the website under "Publisher Software" and "Pricing" see (CHwebsiteterms) and in the "terms and conditions" in Lifelong Publisher Software. See again, screen shot off Castle Hill account "Terms and Conditions" are in blue and if you click on them it loads the entire file. See (CHAccountinfo.png) and (CHterm.png).

4.) "new version which now had and expiration date for printing" At this time Castle Hill was informed once again that you needed to pay for Publisher Software if you don't order the minimum amount per year. In an effort to help transition after we got Castle Hill re-set up in Publisher program we gave them "Free Use" for a few months as we do on a case by case basis. We are working on a credit based system to have options for customers as to how they would like to use the software. That system has not been fully developed yet and everyone pays to use the software until fully implemented.

5.) "Being hung up on..." It is our policy that if people on the phone become hostile or combative in anyway, to simply hang up rather then engage the person on the phone.

6.) Castle Hill has never bought the required amount of product per year to obtain use of the software see (CHorders2years.png).
      Order #5704 $577.46, #5294 $124.92, #3160 $504.00.

7.) Castle Hill must have liked the new software program, after being set up they used it frequently see (CHprinthistory.png)

Nothing in this world if free, people often become mad or discouraged because they have to pay for things they think should be free.
We made every effort to inform and post things so people did know, we gave ample amounts of time to switch. People are free to buy things from any company just as we buy our supplies from different companies. In the end this letter may make no difference of Castle Hills's opinion. Castle Hill may return any undamaged and complete candles in the boxes they came in and Un-opened packs of paper products. At that time, after verifying the products came from us will issue a refund for any unused unopened products.
