I was a member and the service they offered was subpar. they set me up on dates with women who were complete opposite matches. Half of them didn't even bother to meet. It was just a big waste of time and money. Which is a shame because I had high hopes. I tried to cancel my account. Stop them taking money out of my bank automatically. They wouldn't and ignored me. When I did get on the phone with someone, they said basically too bad and hung up on me. Like they owed me nothing. I wasn't looking really for a refund as I know I will never get one and that the money they took despite asking to cancel is gone for ever. I have better things in life to worry about. I just wanted them to stop. They would not stop. So I had to close my bank account and start a new one.
They showed a lack of caring or understanding or respect for a client. They wanted my money, gave me second rate service and charge me fees for what I was not given. A shame. [redacted] they are not out to help anyone.
