Heard about this childcare facility from a close friend after considering care thereHead owner they call Sharon is a fake heartless B and has no care for her employeesShe belongs working with prison inmates as her personality fits better thereNever gives there workers raises and is really uncaring when they are illKeeps them off schedule following week if employee does so, even if worker pleads to work because they need the moneyCruel right? I'm filing this review because I don't want any other parents to experience what I did. My 2 year old son was moved from room to room so often that the teachers and director had no idea where he was in the facility. My concern is that if no one knew where he was, it would have been all to easily for him to have gotten out of the front door, especially since there wasn't a staff member to be seen when I first arrived. This is completely unacceptable, anything could have happened to him and they would never have known. When I went in to pick up my son [redacted], there was no one upfront; the director was in the kitchen preparing snacks. She came out, said hello, and proceeded to tell me that my son was in the 2 year old room. I went in the two year old room, and did not see him anywhere. I asked the teacher where he was and she told me that he wasn't in there and must be in with the 3's. I then went into the 3's room, and again I did not see him anywhere. I asked the teacher where he was she stated that he wasn't in there and must be in with the 2's. I explained to her that I had just come from that room and was told that he was in with the 3's. She said that he wasn't in there and she didn't know where he was. I eventually found him outside playing on the playground with the 4 year olds. I spoke to the director/owner that day and with a flippant attitude she responded with "there was no way he could have gotten out".

Keeps them off schedule following week if employee does so, even if worker pleads to work because they need the money.. Cruel right? They put on fake faces in front of parents. Doesn't watch the kids at times as workers leave them alone in room. So anyone looking into this childcare pleease rethink.. If you want your child in a loving environment please do not send them here. You'll be disappointed. I speak the truth. I know there's many more happy loving childcare facilities in Arizona you should look into. Just trying to help.:/

I am a certified school teacher who has taught children ages 1-21. Before we found Lifeprints I kept changing daycare providers for my son. Literally 5 daycare providers in 5 years. Then when my daughter was born I was in a panic again to find the perfect place. My daughter has been at this facility since she was an infant and I would never have it any other way. They are amazing!
