Review: This business is a front for an internet gambling Scam, I was told by a person using the name [redacted], that he would provide me with picks of Sports Teams to wager on, that was provided by one [redacted], a consistent winning Pro Gamnbler of 35 yrs. I was told that I could pay a discounted $450.00 fee in two Equal payments, I sent an $220.00 Cashiers Check # [redacted] dated 10/01/2013 made payable to Liferates of Amnerica by USPS Express mail, After a few (3or4) days when I complained that I was not recieving picks in a timely manner, early enough for me to wager on, or not atall, I was told by [redacted] I was Rude, & they did not want my Business, & was returning my money,, But they are refusing to, by making no effort to do so, I'm 81 yrs. old, I need my money returned now, not months or years later, if I have to take this thu the legal System.Desired Settlement: The $220.00 can be sent to me @ [redacted],, or the Cashiers Check can be overnited to me by Fedex..

this man did send a check in for 220.00 which was never cashed. we wanted to return it to him but he refused to provide his address. we asked him several times for an address to return the check to but he refused. so, he was told that his check will be shredded which it was, and he could go back to the bank that provided it and get his refund. we cannot refund money that we never collected.

liferates of america has nothing to do with this. that was simply a mailing address that he sent the check to. he had no business dealings with this co.
