Hello ***We're terribly sorry for your feelings towards our companyWe do everything in our ability to ensure that our clients are happy with the services that they receiveTo address your first concern about there being two companies involved, sometimes, when we purchase new trucks and hire new staff, we don't have enough time to re-brand the vehicles because we need to meet our clients' demandsTherefore, that is the reason why you might be under the impression that two different companies addressed your needs.As far as the cost is concernedWe try our best to quote our clients over the phone without seeing the full scope of the jobIn many instances, actual job conditions vary from what is explainedThis is why there might be a difference in the quoteIt was a bizarre coincidence that you hired us while we were re-organizing our staffThis is why you might not have been able to get in touch with several members on our teamPlease rest assured that if you ever need to contact us for any reason, we'll be here for you!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a complete lie by your company Our belongings were not picked up by Armstrong They were picked up [redacted] States Moving Systems and taken to New Jersey and then out in one of their trucks The invoice is by [redacted] as well and [redacted] from that moving company told me of course they were sub contracted out It's how moves are always done I can see now this is indeed how you practice your business You are dishonest and lie and I've been pushed aside as just another unhappy customer who was scammed by you My name isn't even *** [redacted] was the woman who worked for you who made the deal with me to begin with I suggest you call me and look into this very carefully because you have all kinds of shady practices going on in your New York office In fact I've been trying for weeks to get this matter resolved and no one will respond to the phone messages I'm just continually lied to I'm trying to give you a fair opportunity to do the honorable thing and refund my money If this matter can get resolved in a timely manner as in a refund that in requesting, I will warn everyone I can about your moving practices I wish for no one to ever again be scammed or taken advantage of I will write to every review site, including [redacted] and other sites and give an honest review of your company and the one you subcontracted us out to I will contact every moving referral service and show them the invoices and tell them how you treat your customers I'm so upset now by your response to this issue, that I believe a mass mailing of all corporations who relocate their employees in the Texas and New York and surrounding areas should be warned as well Your blatant lie and disregard of my legit complaint is astounding I was charge twice Once by Armstrong and then shoved over to [redacted] company in New Jersey and then charged a horrendous higher price You evidently aren't checking into my matter You can't even talk to the employees who did this to me to begin with because I've been told that [redacted] as well as [redacted] are no longer in your employ How very convenient At the very least I hope if you continue to refuse to make it right with me,that the Revdex.com take away your A+ rating and give you Armstrong Moving and Storage the lowest grade possible Regards, [redacted] ***
