Review: [redacted] called our business screaming and yelling that we had no right to send merchandise to their business, when in fact it was ordered by one of the employees that works there. They opened the boxes, used some of the gloves and then sent them back. We did everything right on our end, an apology seems to be in order.Desired Settlement: An apology. Have our name as a vendor be removed.
This comapany is not a vendor of ours. We had no intentions of ordering that product. It was never used and it was returned the same day it was received. I apologize if my phone call, after the product was returned and invoice was received, was taken in a offensive manner.
I am rejecting this response because:I want a letter stating we did nothing wrong and only sent products that were ordered by this company.
