We have dropped the $charge to this client, though we do not agree with her reported "facts" listed in her complaint We have a web based phone service and have documents showing the outgoing calls from our office on 1/(MLK day) at 7:pm to confirm clients appton 1/ We show another outgoing call to her number at 10:am on the 16th Our support staff do not typically confirm appts., but with the inclement weather in the forcast we did call her to confirm apptWe show no incoming calls from client until Jan Our support staff documented that the mother confirmed that her daughter would be at the appointment even with the inclement forecastIn our phone records we show no incoming calls from the client's number for the October appointmentAs a courtesy we did not charge client for this no show, though it is in our policyOn 5/we received a hostile voicemail from the client threatening to sue us if we did not drop the $feeThough we do not agree with the client's claims we will give her the benefit of doubt in spite of our documentation and phone records as we do not wish to spend time disputing this issueThe therapist is agreeing to forgo payment for both appts blocked for the client where the client did not show

another outgoing call to her number at 10:21 am on the 16th.  Our support staff do not typically confirm appts., but with the inclement weather in the forcast we did call her to confirm appt. We show no incoming calls from client until Jan 22. Our support staff documented that the mother confirmed that her daughter would be at  the appointment even with the inclement forecast.
