Any issue we might have had was handle quickly and satisfactorily. Beautiful and very functional. I feel like I am entering a 5 star hotel spa shower. Would highly recommend this company over and over again!!

From the first contact to the completion of the remodel we have been impressed with Llivespan.
The process and comparisons of materials in use was thoroughly explained to us at the outset and cost comparisons were clearly explained. As promised the actual work was completed in one day and is flawless. We have zero complaints with the work done. Finally, the Lifespan personnel are outstanding.
I believe your people took before and after pictures of the project. If you would like to use those for advertising or come and take more you are welcome to do so.

We were very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. We did have one minor concern: when the installer removed the labels from the top part of the glass doors, a residue remained which wasn't noticed until we were cleaning the doors a few days later. It turned out to be very difficult to remove this residue and we had to use several strong organic solvents to do the job. We were successful though and now things look great.

I contracted with Lifespan Home Improvements on 6/19/2017 for a custom acrylic shower insert to be installed. Lifespan was unable to provide us with the acrylic shower insert as per the contract, and at the beginning of August, installed a tile shower instead. Less than a month after install the grout & tile began to crack, and we began to notice water pooling outside the shower, as well as water dripping from the ceiling in the basement. In mid-December, Lifespan came out and attempted to fix the shower. A different style of tile was used, as well as a different color of grout and the workmanship looked rushed and unprofessional.

Good morning Revdex.com pro!I received a letter from your office stating that one of my clients filed a complaint is is demanding I give $ back.Attached is a copy of the contract that was signed with the person that owns the home ***. (not the person that filed the complaint)On 6-19-17 *** had us up to his place to bid a shower remodel and accepted our proposal. He signed our contract and gave us the deposit to move forward with a acrylic shower system. Upon engineering the job site we noticed that there was not enough room to install the pre-manufactured shower system and we told the owner that we could do the work using tile instead of the acrylic system, owner said yes, sounds good. We started the work around 8-1-17We completed the work and the owner was happy, gave us the final payment. We warranty our work with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser as long as they own the home.On 12-4-2017 we were notified that the shower was leaking at the base. Upon visiting the job site we determined that the shower pan was compromised and had a hole in it which was causing the leak that was going into the un-finished basement. We immediately set a date to fix the shower pan and was given a window of 12-15-2017 through 12-22-2017 to perform the work, which is what was done. After the repair was performed and tested, we were made aware that the installer used a different tile at the base of the shower which was not the same as originalinstallation. We offered to repair and replace the 2 pieces of tile and re-grout the entire shower and the decision was made by owners relation (***) not to do the replacement. No Money will be sent to the owner as we were under contract to perform a service, which we did, and when there was a problem we warrantied our work.Let me know if you would like any more information, I would be happy to meet with you, (Revdex.com) the owner or anyone involved in the project.-- Russell *. Complaint: ***

I spoke with *** this morning (2/21/2019) and he has still not received the refund check. Do you have a status for me?

Sincerely

I called this company over a year ago but it was listed as Four Seasons. I thought I was dealing with Four Season which is a real company. They were listed as Four Seasons on the website. The salesmans that came to my house and gave me a quote gave me cards and booklet that stated 4 Seasons. I gave them a deposit on my American Express. The salesman went out to his truck and called it in and wrote a contract stated the date that the project would be finished. July the first it was supposed to be finished. I tried to call the company all the next week and the phone was never answered. I called all week at different times of the day. I tried all the next week and got a voice mail full recording. Long story short, I put a deposit of $4500.00 down and called American Express and found out they had charged more than the contract I signed, the company was not Four Seasons at all, it is some other company, when I finally reached a real person I was told no supplies had been ordered. I was told this on 3 different occasions. The so-called manager said he was going to bring the supplies to my home but never showed up. I called and cancelled since there was no way they could do the job on time, they NEVER answered the phone and nothing was ever delivered or built. I am now fighting American Express for my $4500.00 and the extra money this company which is calling it self Solar Designs charged on my card. They are fraudulent and never built one single thing and never delivered one single nail or screw. NOTHING! Do not do ant business with them because they are crooks.

Dear Mrs ***, I just noticed you had left a review on the Revdex.com web site and I want to let all know our side of the transaction. Our #1 goal on every project we do is to get our customer to leave us a 5STAR review at the end of each and every project and are 100% completely satisfied.
On May 23, 2016 you sign a contract with us to build you a screen room addition and attach it on your home for $9,000.00 The deposit you gave us was $4,500.00 plus a Credit Card fee of $180.00, for a total of $4,680.00. The screen room included 2 walls with doors and a roof. After the order was configured and ordered in our office, we picked up the materials for the project. An installation date was set within the 5-7 week time period written on contract, then you canceled the job. Our contract clearly states if owner cancels the contract after the right to cancel period and before commencement of construction, he/she shall pay contractor the amount of expenses incurred to that date plus a profit of 10% of the contract price, All deposits are non refundable. (Line 20. Cancellation). American Express had their legal department review our contract with Mrs. and sided with us that we didn't do anything against the contractual agreement we entered into with the customer. As far as not being able to contact us is surprising in that for the last 26 years we have a fully staffed showroom that is open from 9-5 every weekday with multiple lines ringing into the office all with voicemail. The phone number is clearly listed on the copy of the contract left with owner. We wish we could have completed what was agreed to in the beginning so the ***s could have enjoyed their screen room.
Because of this situation we have added multiple layers of paper work and sign offs for the customer so they will have the Ultimate Remodeling Experience, every time.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Sincerely, Russ T, President Solar Design, Inc. DBA: Four Seasons Home Products.
