Customer signed an all sales final agreement. Customer was placed on layaway until they were ready to process the order. Customer called in Thursday the 21 after hours to process transaction. Our front office girl was out on Friday so his...

voicemail was not returned until Saturday when we told customer we would call him Monday to Start the order. Customer called Monday 3 times with about a half an hour in between voicemail. As soon as I was able I returned the customers calls. Customer then said he wanted to cancel. I had to meet with the CEO (since it was all sales final) the CEO was in out of office meeting till Wednesday. I explain to the customer as soon as I get an answer I will Let him know. I personally called the customer 6 times over 3 day to keep him in the loop for his request. As soon as I had an answer I called the customer and sent a full refund check to him. Customer said he was satisfied.

upgrade which is MORE like it. I was pressured into a dinky spa and this has made me not so upset so I'm considering this "resolved". Still a horrible way to conduct business but we have settled.
