To whom it may concern,Lifestar Response of Maryland is responding to a complaint made by a Consumer that are rates are too high. The ID# [redacted], The rates of the other ambulance company were for a different level of service. The patient was transported by Ambulance with our company...

whereas the other rates from the other company were for wheelchair service. If there are any other questions or concerns, please let us know.Thank you,Lifestar Billing Department
