I ordered a bottle of KETO VIP FUEL for free, two or three weeks later, they charged me $118.00 for it.
I ordered a bottle of KETO VIP FUEL for just the cost of shipping (the bottle itself was supposedly free) from the LifeStyle Consultant Holdings LLC company. I received the bottle in the mail, however three to four weeks later I noticed a $118.00 debit charge to my bank account from this same company. I called them to ask why they charged me this and to get my money put back into my account. The representative (who was a foreign woman-I don't remember her name) told me I should have read the terms and conditions because it states that if I receive the bottle of KETO and do not contact them to say I'm not satisfied with the product, they will automatically charge my account $118.00 for the bottle. I may have missed that statement on the advertisement, however they said in the ad for this product that the bottle was free, you would just pay shipping (which I did, I thought). Now I can't find the date that I originally ordered the bottle because for some reason they did not charge my account for postage like they said they would. But the date I noticed that the $118.00 charge was pending was April 24,2020. Yesterday (April 29,2020) was the day that the charge went through, which I think is odd because it was right after the call I made to this company.

I purchased a single bottle at $6.95 on a trial basis - Now I have a bill for a monthly fee of $118 dollars .
Was able to get the bill for the month's going forward cancelled. The add made a point of saying "try" for $6.95. The bill ended up $ 118.00 per month. The3 representative I spoke to was a non native Engilsh speaker and had problems with English. He kept telling me he would reslove the issue and would then go on to read off a card on why he couldn't relsove the issue. This is a SCAM

Ordered the product charged 14.76 for trial. Unable to use called numerous times no answer. Charged $203 24 days and will not issue refund.
I ordered the Keto Kit -Colon Cleanse Digestive Formula and the Keto VIP Fuel products on 3/22/2020 via my debit card. On 3/23/2020 a charge for $7.98 from CleanGreenCons and a charge for $6.78 from Natural and Sana posted for the trial. After receiving the product, I found out I was unable to take it as it may interfere with another medication I am taking. I tried to call the company on numerous occasions to ask for a refund, however, they do not answer their phone 877-432-6262. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and then received a message that they would call back and never did.
On 4/16 my debit card was charged again for $85 from CleanGreenCons and $118.88 from Natural Sana. I called on 4/17 and was able to speak to customer service. I asked why I was being charged for $203 on 4/16 and they stated I had signed up for a subscription which I had not. I told them that I could not use the product and wanted my money back and was told they could not do that because I hadn't called within the 14 days of ordering it. They stated the 14 days begins at the time of the order, not when the product was received. They stated I received the product on 4/4/2020 (almost two weeks after placing the order). The call that they did answer was within the 14 days of receipt, however, they said they had no record of my calls prior to that, because they don't answer their phones. Their customer service was extremely poor and offered to reimburse me 10% of $203 which is unacceptable. Please see that these charges are reversed and credited to my account.

I agree with the two reviews. I also got taken in by an ad? Online that said I could receive a bottle of Keto pills and only pay the shipping. I spoke to a person and asked them what the postage would be and never received an answer. I was told I would be receiving the Keto pills and a colon cleanse that I said I didn't want. I received the pills and last week I received two more packages of pills. I called customer service and was told I was now in a subscription service and it was going to cost me almost $200. I told them to give me the address to send the pills to and was told I would be charged a restock fee and I would have to stand on line in UPS, etc. The best they could do is send me a refund in the amount of $101.59 and that I can keep the bottles I received. I still have not received a bill and when I do will dispute it. On the pill bottle it says it was distributed by Lifestyle Consultant Holdings LLC.

When I ordered a bottle of Keto VIP Fuel from this company, the order automatically included a Colon Cleanse for an additional $4.95. I immediately called and said I did not want the Colon Cleanse, only wanted the Keto VIP Fuel. The agent said he was so sorry but the product had already shipped - this was 5 minutes after ordering!! About a week later I got 2 charges on my credit card, one for $119 and the other for $85, from another company. I called and she said I apparently didn't read the terms and condition of the original order and that I now had a 3-month subscription, but I could call within 14 days if I wasn't completely satisfied. I said, "I'm calling now, I don't want this!" She said they will cancel my subscription and give me a refund. Hopefully the refund comes through. ***.

ordered prod on line on 01/27 billed for prod on 01/28 via my debit card(billed $10.90 for trial) today when checking my acct I see 3 charges
billed for keto kit trial product $10.90 on 1/28 on my debit card. 3 charges were now billed 2 for $118.88 and one for $85. the 14 day cancellation should be considered today . I feel consideration should be given since I was unable to verify yesterday,sunday as to why I was being billed additional ordering since I was cancelling today which is 14 days from original billing . their customer service is not cooperating they want to offer me only 5% which equates to $10 off $203
I feel that this is a matter of poor customer service please see that these charges are reversed and credited to my debit account.order # *** under name of *** additionally the item was not even derived until a week later

Refund and return of product unused/Never subscribed. Manager I spoke was very rude and not helpful at all and actually disconnected the call.
I placed an order under the assumption that it is was free of charge accept for the shipping and handling cost for $4.95 on 1/23/2020. Order number ***
I also sent an email correspondence stating I would like for my credit card information to be removed immediately upon placing the order that was advertised as free of charge on that very same day. I never got a response from anyone until 2/7/2020 when I noticed my bank account was charged for $118.88 without my authorization. I called the company immediately and spoke to a manager at LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT HOLDING LLC. She was very rude and after I requested a full refund for the unused product she denied me the refund and stated "I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO HANDLE AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL." I sent several emails requesting they refund my credit card and I also told the manager that the product was listed as false advertisement because the price listed was 0 dollars accept for shipping handling $4.95. I asked the manager if I could speak with someone higher up in the office like a supervisor or her boss;she refused to transfer me. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service from this company and I would like my funds returned to me as soon as possible.

I have contacted the company about my unfulfilled order multiple times to which they cannot verify but I was charged on my statement.
I ordered 59.99 worth of CBd gummies and when I never received my shipment I sent an email to which they told me for security I needed to call a number. I called multiple times and they have. I record of my order and tell me to call my bank for a number to call. So I check my statement and call the same number I just called and they tell me again I have no account. I tell them I have been charged on my statement for the product and how can I get I. Touch with someone else to which they again tell me to call my bank and??? I have no one to talk about a refund??

As previous complaint the almost identical thing happened to me. When I called a few days after trying the product the man refused to let me return the product and insisted that I try the entire bottle. It did nothing! Now they have no record of my call though I gave all account information! OUT $260 for nothing!!!! I told them I would return all the unopened bottles which was 5 of 6!! Very bad company.

Order *** I called for a refund. I cannot use this product. It makes it hard for me to breath. They told me it's all in my head. None the less, I called within the thirty day guarantee period. After bickering with consultant for several minutes (Ivy) we agreed on a settlement so I would not have to send back the product and pay restocking fee ($20 a bottle is ridiculous). They have some really weird packing requirements also. At first they offered 20%. I said no. Then they offered 40%. I said no. Then they offered 50% and full refund on capsules. We agreed on $123.48. She was to send confirmation e-mail. She didn't. I called next day and they said they tried to reimburse my credit card and it wouldn't take it. Capital One says they didn't. Capital One called them. They gave Capital One same B/S. I was on the phone (3-way) and I heard them. This Company should not be allowed to do business.

Got one order. Called/emailed Sept. 9 to cancel further shipments. Two more orders sent out, charged me $260. Refuses to credit/refund.
I got one order of product and called them to cancel the auto ship and told them not to send any more orders. This was in September. They went ahead and shipped out an order in September and I called/emailed again to tell them I wanted a refund and to not ship out any more orders. They told me I'd get an email with refund instructions. I never got an email. I got another shipment from them in October. They are now refusing to refund for these two shipments they were not supposed to ship to me. I have the emails to and from them, documenting all of this. They shipped out two orders after I canceled the auto ship, and have billed me $260. When I called them today, they had a lot of hoops to jump through and a 20% restocking fee, and refused to refund on the first shipment (even though they previously told me they would refund). They want you to ship with signature tracking which costs more, and then you have to wait a long time before you ever get a refund. THEN, on the phone call today they tried to make me keep the second shipment if I would accept a discount fee for it. This company is crooked. They use the auto-ship to cheap people and then when they want to refund, they make it so difficult so people will just give up. This is a very dishonest company. Their product isn't very good, either - that is why I wanted to return the second shipment for a refund. I want a full refund of $260.

I want to be able to ship back the two unopened, sealed boxes of their product. And, I want a full refund for these two orders since I cancelled the Auto Ship and was told they would not send me any more shipments. I want a full refund of $260. I will ship the boxes back as soon as I get a return authorization number with statement they will refund me in full. The boxes are unopened and still sealed with the USPS shipping label.

This company is dishonest.
They shipped my product I did not want and said I was on a subscription service that I did not sign up for.
When I called because I got an email that they were shipping me product I did not order they said sorry it had already shipped within minutes of the order notification. It actually shipped two days later.
Do not order from them They are very shady and dishonest and the F rating is for a reason.

The company has several names and addresses. I have been dealing with WTP Hemp, P.O. Box 1365, elfers, fl 34680. I also found an address in Sandusky, Ohio, St. Petersburg.

I received the product Sat.,August. Due to the Holiday I could not mail it until today.

This company has caused me a great deal of distress. If they had good business practices, they would have just cancelled my order.

Refused postal delivery of 6 bottles of WTP CBD OIL that I was charged $196.00, that I did not order, no they refuse to refund $196.
I orginally ordered this product, May 28 2019, advertised as free all I would pay is $5.00 shipping. Somehow it ended up being an order for 6 bottles of CBD OIL costing $196. I kept that order but the company then on July 9th took another $196.00 out of my account without my authorization when the package arrived I refused it and sent it back to the Sender. I waited for a refund and after several weeks I have called back and spoke to one of their customer service associates and told him for the second time as I have called once before and actually spoke to the same person. This time he asked me for the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Which I told him I did not have one as I refused delivery from the postal service and they returned it to sender. He mentioned that RMA to me several times. I told him I wanted the refund and of course he offered me another of same kind of item at a reduced cost, I explained I did not want anything other then the $196. the first time I had spoken to this person at no time was a RMA mentioned. This seems to be the way internet business handle this type of merchandise. they offer a free bottle (Or what ever) only cost being payment of shipping, that way they have your credit card #. then in fine print they mention if you dont cancel within two weeks or a month they will continue sending and charging for the product. Whether you want it or not. This is a really poor way to do business and keep customers.

I got to their website offering CBD oil because there was a link in an article discussing how Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson had invested in a company selling this (I am an avid golfer with back pain). Nowhere on the WeThePeople Hemp website does it say that Tiger and Phil are sponsors or investors.

1 - on the website, the price isn't listed until you fill out the credit card info and then it's listed on the left of the page while you're filling out information on the right side of the page; it defaults to the highest amount (5 bottles for $224); there's no final confirmation page showing the amount before purchase, so once you've filled out the credit card info and click Enter, you've already purchased the product - this was my mistake but I'm sure I'm not the only one who made it

2 - I cancelled immediately by email on Saturday; even though the ad says there's customer service 7 days/week, the phone # says they're closed on weekends

3 - I called on Monday morning and was told the order couldn't be cancelled because it had already been shipped, but later I got an email saying the order was in process and would be shipped the next day

4 - I received the order but told them I wanted to send it back; I was told there is a 20% restocking fee - the Return Policy online doesn't state this, it only says a full refund will be issued if the product is returned within 30 days

5 - I called again to say I would be calling the Better Business B to complain, they said I could keep the product and they would issue a full refund . . . the refund never came

6 - I called about the refund, they said they had repeatedly tried to issue a refund through the same card but that the bank had refused it, that I should therefore call the bank; I called the bank and was told that was patently false

7 - the phone # listed on the BoA online transaction, 877-458-5826 in Kentucky, is constantly busy

8 - the company, Lifestyle Consultants Holdings, has no website, has no history of any kind on the web; there are only two people to talk to, Jason and Shane; they say there is no manager, no one above them, even though they say they are a third party representing We The People Hemp

9 - an email with further promotions lists an email contact, but when I emailed to complain I got a response saying to only way to communicate with them was the phone number 877-432-6262 in St. Petersburg, FL

10 - since the company doesn't actually exist, it's impossible to leave negative feedback and warn others on Yelp, etc.

Nothing in this customer complaint is accurate.

The customer ordered a 5 bottle package on 7/20 at 1:36 pm EST. He then called in on 7/22 at 2:05 PM to speak to customer service on how to use the product. He was also offered a free $89.00 bottle of CBD skin cream which he accepted. The order shipped on 7/23 at 12:42. The customer then manically calls in on 7/24 at 2:02 pm threatening to charge back the order with their bank. Their order was delivered the same day at 7/24 3:25 PM. The free cream was delivered on 7/26 at 3:27 pm. The customer has charged back and disputed their entire order with their bank. They have not returned any of the product, over $300 worth to us at this time. We have lost the product plus all shipping costs plus the associated fees with their chargeback. We should be going after the customer for fraud as they have essentially stolen this product. We will immediately issue a refund to the customer upon return of the product.

It is true I accepted to keep the order and the free bottle of CBD creme, but that was after I had been falsely told that the order had already been shipped and that there would be a 20% restocking fee if I returned it. That same day, Monday, 7/22, I received an email saying that in fact the order would not ship until the next day; it was then that I realized I had been lied to, so I called back asking for a refund. Nowhere does their return policy state a 20% restocking fee. In any case, the main problem now is that they say the they've been trying to issue a refund but the bank has been denying it; the bank says this is not possible, that it would never deny a refund. As it happens, the card I used to purchase the product has been closed due to suspected fraud (because of them?). All I would like is a refund and there has to be some way for them to issue me one - a check, a refund to another card, PayPal, etc. - if they really wanted to. I still have the two boxes they sent, they are unopened, and I will send them back, though I was told I would get a refund even if I didn't send them back. Please ask them how I can get a refund. I believe they lied when they said they had tried to issue a refund . . . if they had, I wouldn't have filed this complaint.

I would like to add:
When I called on 7/22, it was to try to cancel the order, not to get information on how to use the product; I was told it was too late to cancel, it had already shipped - this was a lie.

And to protect consumers in the future, they should be aware:
1 - when filling out the order online, the most expensive product (5 bottles) is pre-selected, and there is no final confirmation page where the consumer can see what exactly he is purchasing
2 - there is no conatact beyond talking to Jason or Shane (who say they work for a third party, not We The People Hemp): there is no supervisor; if you send an email, it comes back saying you need to call; the address listed on the receipt (in St. Petersburg, FL) belongs to the rental office for a building of office suites; the company itself, We The People Hemp, only lists the same number (to talk to Jason or Shane), it is impossible to contact them directly
3 - Jason lied three times: 1 - he said the order had already shipped when it hadn't, 2 - he said there would be a 20% restocking fee which is not listed on the Return Policy; 3 - he said he had tried to refund my money but the bank (BofA) declined it several times (no true).
Future consumers: beware!!!

The customers bank has filed a chargeback or dispute BEFORE the product even arrived. There is NO money to return. Not only have we not gotten the funds for the initial order we have also lost the product as well which the customer has still not shipped back. The big disconnect here is that when the customer manically called his bank disputing the transaction before the product arrived, the bank flagged the transaction as a dispute or chargeback so we received no settlement for those funds. We are out the product plus a $35 chargeback fee and this guy also wants the cost of the product (which he hasnt paid for in the first place) on top of all of this?
