On September 6, 2016, I filed a complaint against Lifestyle Fiberglass Pools, Incand [redacted] , CSL [redacted] We also filed a complaint with the Contractor’s State License Board Through their mediation process, we were able to settle in our favor for most of our down payment Lifestyle Pools, Incwas also found to have violated two of the Business and Profession Codes Because of this, two advisories were placed on [redacted] contractor’s license.Our business dealings with [redacted] were very unfavorable I would not recommend him or his services to any consumer Thank you, [redacted]

The complaint has not yet been solved.  We are trying to reach an agreement, but a deadline will be approaching next Wednesday (11/23).  If the agreement is not met, we will be taking Lifestyle Pools to arbitration and/or court.  Please let me know if you need additional details.  Thank you!

I just wanted to let you know the outcome of our case.  We also filed a complaint with the Contractor’s State License Board.  They ruled in our favor and we have settled on $18,000 and 2 advisory warnings.  There absolutely has to be a warning against this company and against the owner, [redacted].  They are dishonest.  I would appreciate it if you would update your files so that other consumers know what they have when dealing with this company, I would appreciate.

I just received your letter asking for the details of settlement on the above complaint.  We also had filed a complaint with the California State Contractor’s Board.  They ruled in our favor.  We were
able, through the mediation process with the Board, to receive the majority of our downpayment back.    Lifestyle Pools and [redacted] also were issued 2 advisories that will remain on his
record. Anyone checking the status of his contractor’s license will be able to review the advisories.
 
I am making certain that the Revdex.com knows the outcome because [redacted] is a very  dishonest contractor.  I would like to prevent other consumers from making the mistake of hiring [redacted].
