Review: I have been a long time member of the Lovevoodoo personals site. You have the option of being a free member with limited access and a full member (for a fee ) receiving full access. During most of my time with the wed site I have been a full member but just recently I decided to limit my membership for a period of time. I advise the site to cancel my payments before renewal time. They forwarded me to CCbilling. After repeated attempts to contact CCBill I recontacted LoveVoodoo and advised them of the situation. They cancel my full membership and moved it to free status but not before a payment came out. ( so basically they kept my 3month membership payment and limited my access to my account) I repeated attempted to contact them to fix this issue. Either return my money or allow me full access for the money I had already paid. Their originally response was that why have been having problems with the bill process, but didn't not fix the issue. They didn't not even offer to fix the issue they ignored me. Finally after repeated request they said I violated one of there free membership rules and blocked me from the site. The code I have been receiving is :
"Your account has been disabled.
Reason for disabling: TOS Violation
Your account has been disabled for 3 days, because you asked a member to communicate with you outside the site. Free members are not allowed to do that."
this was as of the Oct 26. I have repeated emailed their information/custom address with no response. I don't care about being a member one way or another BUT this is about them honoring their business agreement and the issue not being addressed with me
Unfortunately the email back and forth with the company where on the web site itself so of course since I can't access the site I can't forward you the emails.
I have been a member of this site almost 9-10 yrs its sad to think I have to come here to address a problem with themDesired Settlement: I want either my full time on the site returned to me (3months)
or a full return of funds
