[redacted] was contacted via [redacted] referred based on art work she ( [redacted]) had seen on a “Friend” of hers. cover up gone wrong. [redacted] told her what was going to be the best direction and that he also felt he could successfully cover her scarring but would have to adjust the design. He sent pictures back that were her same references in which ones would be better for the job. She stated and. Quote “ you are the artist and obviously know what’s best.” We always send a follow up message a little before their appt as requested by the artists to make sure nothing was left out. [redacted]s work schedule is a very extensive one as he has been doing this successfully for the last 12 years and it’s hard for him to remember each and every client. Now, when she showed up the tattoo she was looking for had already been made clear prior to her drivin to boise what was going to be the best route but would be able to be added into. When she showed up the night of her appt, he had 2 examples of those designs which is what he told her from before. She didn’t like the design so that was were he said he would draw on her. For a half hour roughly a design was put on her stomach over her scarring which she stated with many witnesses that she “really liked” but, [redacted] being a perfectionist stated he didn’t want any mishaps or off line work as this was a special piece an didn’t want it to end up like her previous mistake. The lines were good but, we wanted them perfect for her so he asked if he could take that exact design he drew and clean it up and proceed with the tattoo the following morning. She agreed and respected that decision and was excited about it! By doing this we had to move 2 appts, people who we regularly tattoo to make sure we could get her in and accommodate her Brian from out of town. [redacted] stayed over an hour that night after the Shop was closed to draw the design up and make sure it was perfect! The drawing was the START of something that was going to take multiple sessions..also something she was told! The following morning after the design was sent and she stated “it’s lookin awesome” she decided 30 minutes prior to gettin it done that it needed to be the “exact” reference which we do not do. [redacted] sent a message stating that and also that he was disappointed that he stayed to do something she decided last minute not to get done. From there they parted ways. As far as the deposit goes we have a firm no refund policy which is stated on our [redacted] business page And all of our consent forms in our shop. This is a standard practice in every tattoo shop. We have screen shots and pictures to go with this explanation of need. Thankslifestyle tattoo Co.
