Some repairs are difficult to complete in a timely manner due to unforeseen circumstances such as part orders, part availability, customer availability, the wait time for approval from the extended warranty provider, etc. Added to this some appliances have several control boards and relays on
them which during the initial diagnosis may not appear to be defective and that are what happened in this case. Upon installing the first two parts found to be defective an additional relay was found to be bad. Another delay was incurred due the requote to the extended warranty provider and the ordering of the part. Our service technician also consulted with the manufacturer to further eliminate any more repair time. While we are sincerely sorry for any and all inconvenience the customer may have experienced we deny any and all reimbursement costs. Food loses and any expenses incurred during the servicing process are not covered by RSI Appliance Service
