Silver thread program is for people on Medicare and I I'm on Medicare and was not allowed to join.
They said they honor the Silver thread program for Medicare but they don't.
Just honor the Medicare program.

We do honor the Silver Sneaker Program here along with many other insurance fitness benefit plans, however the Silver Sneaker fitness program is not offered through Medicare it is offered the part B supplement plan. When we entered your information your part B supplemental insurance did not cover the fitness program.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We do offer very affordable programs and we are more than happy to get you this information.
Many of our members who's insurance doesn't
cover their fitness program will sign up for one of our very affordable programs.
I would suggest you reach out to your (Part B) insurance plan and discuss their coverage and ask them if they offer any fitness benefits the Part B that you provided us with is not in the system as covering at this time.
