I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am happy that I will not hear any more about these bills, however, for the record, my insurance was always active and didn't cover the visits anyway, so they have never received payment from my insurance on these things, Additionally, the second bill I received was completely different from the original one I received. I am happy to let this go but I feel like the public should be able to be warned about the billing practices of this company.

Spoke with Dr. Achers W[redacted] She stated that they reached out to Mrs. [redacted] on Monday and Wednesday, didn't talk to her directly so they contacted her today and informed her the account was settled back in October. Life Style & Wellness Medical Center switched billing companies do to issues...

Upon switching billing company Life Style & Wellness Medical Center received payment from the insurance companies, and covered the amount owed by the customer do to the billing company issue.  Mrs. [redacted] visit from February fell in to the billing issue and was covered completely even though her insurance was inactive at the time of the visit. Mrs. [redacted] should no long receive any further bills in regards to the visit in February.
