Patient made a deposit of $150 and it was refunded to her on 10/06/2016.
I have looked into this issue. One account was reimbursed by the insurance but the other account for Mrs. [redacted] has not yet been reimbursed. My billing team is looking into this matter now. If we are past timely filing we will adjust. Patient should not receive any more...
