Lifethyme

Review: Tampering with the prices. I have been overcharged for years from Lifethyme's bakery. I was given an on the phone price quote and the form said otherwise; when I asked [redacted]) for a refund, he denies any record of payment made to them. He claims, they don't keep record of any transaction made between the customer and the store. I, however, find this hard to believe, and hence, the reason of my complaint.Desired Settlement: preferably, cash.
