Lifetime Automotive Reviews (4)

First & foremost, Lifetime Automotive does not sell vehicles, Lifetime Automotive is a an auto maintenance and repair shop.  The Mitsubishi Lancer that I, Michael A[redacted], sold to [redacted] was my personal vehicle.  The only transaction...

that took place from Lifetime Automotive was a pre-purchase inspection, which I performed myself ahead of the sale.  I personally looked over the car and did find the motor mounts to be worn & informed [redacted] on the day of the sale that this is likely the cause of the vibration felt through the steering wheel at highway speeds.  Further, the car was sold in running/driving condition, I did indicate that the Lancer would likely make it to 200K miles because there did not appear to be anything fundamentally wrong with the car, but that doesn't mean that it will make it to 200K miles without proper & timely scheduled maintenance & repairs along the way typical to vehicles with 100K+ miles.The misunderstanding may have occurred because the pre-purchase inspection was not explained in it's full detail regarding the level of warranty offered by Lifetime Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection.  Had I been following our normal procedure for pre-purchase inspections, I would have clearly indicated that our inspection includes testing of all systems for functionality, checking & topping off (if needed) fluid levels and an inspection using hands, eyes & flashlight for all visible areas of concern.  It is not the policy of Lifetime Automotive to provide any warranty as part of our pre-purchase inspection.I have contacted [redacted] and arranged to handle the repairs she indicated at my own expense.  It is my understanding that this action will resolve [redacted] complaint against Lifetime Automotive, which did not participate in the transaction except for the pre-purchase inspection of the Lancer that I, Michael A[redacted], sold to [redacted]Sincerely,Michael A[redacted]

Very Friendly and Helpful and was a Positive experience and they really care about the customer and it shows..it is a reminder of the days of old when great customer service was a priority

I have been going to life time automotive for the last year and I couldn’t be happier [redacted] is awesome at explaining the situation to me he even will take me under the car and show me what’s going on with it last week I had an oil change [redacted] and I spoke about a strange noise that the car was making it was an issue with a serpentine belt I decided not do anything about it at the time and just got the oil change. Later that week the belt came off. When I called [redacted] he told me to call the card he gave me with my oil change and get the car towed to his location he had the car fixed later that day and even gave me a discount on my service. I will keep taking my car to [redacted] for years to come thank you lifetime automotive
