we spent $5,000.00 on the Sedona model, it worked fine for about a year, we had a lifetime warranty, then we had issues, tried to contact the company could not get a phone call back, let alone help or any customer service. Even when we offered to pay for a replacement part (the steam stopped working) I recommend that you stay away from this company... and if the company (Lifetime Bath) reads this, prove me wrong.
The Strada Steam Shower is from China and sold by Lifetime BathThe instructions were literally horrible It cost almost $for this unit and an additional $to have this unit installed, especially if you don't have a amp lineThe unit was delivered horribly damaged and Lifetime Bath wanted to refund us only $500, if the installer would fixed the cracked unit We declined and insisted they send a new unitThe instructions for the unit were so bad It left out the most important part of putting together the electric for the unitSuch as having some amperage separated for the steam unit and some amperage for the electrical part We had to pay twice for the electric to be done The unit is impracticalYou have to step into the tub to turn on the faucet The television and the mirror are not fog proof, as advertisedIf you have the steam or whirl jets going, you can not hear or see the TV If you are taking a bath, the TV cannot be seen, because it is too high upY
This company does not deliver what they sell I didn't receive all the features that were promised on my steam shower I purchased the extended warranty and the company will not return any calls or emails to fix the issues with the product From the start, I should have known to return the item, when the manual on a $4,items was not even for the model that was sold to me It took many months to install with no help from the company and now that we have issues, it has been over months and no word from the company

We purchased a Maya bath whirlpool steam shower months ago from Alex at Maya bathboth pumps never worked we took them to a pump supplierThe pumps are made in the UK and they don't ship to the USAwe are out $Alex never returned our calls and we got hung up onI recommend that no one do any business with Maya Bath or Alex ever because you will loose your money
