with us with us on our complaint against Lifetime Construction & Restoration. When we last spoke on 8/24/15, John the owner of Lifetime Construction & Restoration was visiting our home at the time of your call, I had asked that we keep the complaint open for thirty days so that Lifetime Construction & Restoration would have time to do the repairs on our roof, he said he would put us down to complete the work in two weeks he called back on 9/01/15 and said the work would be done the week ending 9/19/15 on 09/14/15 I made a follow up phone call to John to inquire about the work to be done that week! He said it would be either Friday 18th or Monday 21st weather permitting and asked how much of an advance notice was needed, I said 24hrs would be fine. The weather is great and still our repairs have not been met, I feel the company has had plenty of time and at the very least been able to deliver the materials to start the work and still nothing but broken promises, we are tired of the delays and excuses over the past 12 months and at this time feel the work is in breech of our contract, we look forward to resolving this issue sooner rather than later. Thanks again for all your help with regards to our roof replacement , at this time we would like to say it has been replaced by Lifetime Replacement & Restoration the new roof looks a lot better at this time and just wanted to say Thank you for all your help in this matter
