Don't be fooled by what appears to be self-made reviews listed on other sites This company provides poor service that can be potentially dangerous I took my [redacted] Nissan for engine light on, engine running rough, and engine shut down The used the old guess repair technique (start out with a low estimate to get you to agree to the repairs then once you agree they guess up to thousands of dollars) The vehicle was diagnosed with a bad throttle position switch We agree to repairs and signed a contract accordingly Three days later during a test drive they realize that was not the problem so now they want to take another guess (at my expense) The service tech stated the engine light and engine shutting off had been resolved; however, to resolve engine shutters he recommends a distributor We agreed to look at the distributor issue at another timeAfter departing the dealer my vehicle completely shuts down (less than miles from the dealer and even worst than before) and would not restart Imagine the danger of being stuck in heavy traffic minutes after leaving the dealer I have videos and witnessesIf you saw the videos I am sure you would agree this is not a company you want to do business with

A Service Department nightmare! This has been by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with any service departmentHere are some highlights: *Kept my Nissan [redacted] for weeks to make repairs(Recalls and Warranty repair) *Only tech qualified to work on my car and he took a 1-week vacation during the 3-week duration *Refusal to honor Nissan Manufacturer CPO warranty claims citing inaccurate and irrational reasonsWarranty issues they refused to honor include Power Steering noise, squeaking door actuator, passenger window that jolts entire car upon opening, creaking stalks, leather seat cover loose, loose rear-view mirror, etc! Only of issues reported were repaired *Did not keep me up-to-date on the status of car regularlyI had to BEG for updates *Extremely difficult to get ahold of service advisor [redacted] Most of the time, went to his voicemail and his voicemail is not set up to receive messages! *Ordered parts that took days and did NOT give me the option to pick up car and return car once parts arrived [redacted] When I asked for car to be ready for pick up the following morning, acknowledged but arrived the following morning and waited at least 1hr while they made "last-minute" fixes in the shop [redacted] No apparent concern or consideration for my time [redacted] No apologies or courtesy calls for keeping my car for weeks [redacted] No Paperwork provided upon pick up and/or explanation of repairs I will be contacting Nissan Consumer Affairs to file a complaint on this dealershipThis was an awful experience that I wouldn't want the worst of my enemies to endureI hope something good will come out of my honest and unbiased reviewThanks, ***

*Only 1 tech qualified to work on my car and he took a 1-week vacation during the 3-week duration.
*Refusal to honor Nissan Manufacturer CPO warranty claims citing inaccurate and irrational reasons.
