I sent an order with a check on 4/6/for $ They cashed my check 5/21/ I never received my product and they do not respond to phone calls or emails

I've had the same problem as other complainersPlaced an order weeks ago and to date have not received the merchandiseCompany has not responded to e-mails and phone is "out of service at this time" every time I've calledHow can I find out what's going on?
