Review: I placed an order for Pfaltzgraff dinnerware as a Christmas Present for my Wife. It was an 8 place 40 item set. I ordered the items on Nov **, 2013 and received confirmation e mail back that the items were in stock and my order was in processing. As most reputable companies give updates when orders go from processing to shipping, etc, I waited two days. When nothing was received, I telephoned the company and requested an update on my order #[redacted]. The Lady I spoke with advised that the order was going to shipping and that EVERYTHING including payment via Visa was in order. I was satisfied and waited. about three days later, having heard nothing, I called customer service again, gave my order # and was told that the # I gave was not in their system, ergo, no order. Several e-mail ensued with the company making all manner of excuses and cover-your-derriere statements, none to my satisfaction. It was, in my estimation, a marketing ploy to give extremely good pricing and then not wanting to follow through with the offer.Desired Settlement: delivery of the original order to shipping address prior to Christmas.

Review: I purchased a 12 piece pearlized candy apple red knife set manufactured by the respondent at the Target store located on [redacted] in Chicago, IL. The product has a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. The issue with the product is that the candy apple red coating is peeling off the knives. The set is not even one year old but outside of the merchant's return period of 90 days.Desired Settlement: I respectfully request a set of knives without the candy apple red coating. I will be happy to return this set.

Review: I was given a spice rack as a gift. The rack included free spice refills for 5 years. I went online and registered and placed an order for spices on 02/**/15. My credit card was immediately charged $13.00 for shipping. I never received the spices. I logged in to the website [redacted] to check the order status. The status was shipped, but no tracking information was given. I called and left voicemails and sent emails checking order status. I never received a call back or email. I am in the process of disputing the credit card charge with my credit card company. I feel this company is running a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the "free spices" that I was offered when my mother purchased this spice rack.

Review: I received a set of bowls from their brand and website 'Mikasa' in October as a wedding gift. The largest bowl was broken during transit by [redacted].

I have continually attempted to contact them to have the bowls replaced or sent back at their cost - first by calling, where I spoke to a very rude employee who did not help. I then sent 3 emails via their website, with zero response. I have contacted them twice on [redacted] as a last resort, and was promised that someone would contact me. No one ever did.

Several weeks ago, I sent an email to the actual Lifetime Brands website requesting assistance and I have STILL not received any responses.Desired Settlement: Replace the broken bowl at no cost. I will send back the broken bowl if they provide for shipping charges.

Review: I bought a set of 8 dinnerware Mikasa French countryside. The box had a broken 8"salad plate. I called and they gave me an email address that did not work I am so angry they have gave me the run around and I am tired of it. I will not ever buy any lifetime brands again. There customer is short of sorry. I may box this up and take it back if I can not get my 8' salad plate replaced. I am so upset!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my 8' salad plate replaced!!!!!!!!!

Review: Serving Spoon,(solid), is Tarnished/DEFECTIVE right out of the box.

Purchased a Mikasa 65 Piece Flatware Set, Regent Bead, for $200.00 on 12/**/2015.

Since then, six (6), calls to their Warranty Dept., [redacted], numerous Customer Service Reps. Ann, Jackie, Brandi, etc, and a Customer Service Rep Supervisor Angie, HAVE RESULTED IN ZERO CALL BACKS and ZERO RESPONSES.

I also left Detailed messages with a "DEE", the SINGLE person they say is responsible for their ENTIRE Flatware Division, also with ZERO call backs.

This purchase was also registered, on line at [redacted].

Strangely, after completing the Registration, it simply said "Thank You, your product is registered", with no way of copying the same?

EXTREMELY HORRID BUSINESS PRACTICES ALL AROUND.

I encourage the Revdex.com to try all of the above on your own, and you will see exactly how this company operates. (Flatware Especially)Desired Settlement: Contact by a Competent Management Person who can resolve this, on his or her own, in a timely manner,

and REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE Piece Purchased.

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A SINGLE THING FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.
