We are very dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received from Lifetime Radon We had asked for a consultation appointment to determine the location of the system and were told we didn't need one and that it would be done on the day of installation The technician arrived over hours late and we were rushed into making a decision on the location of the unit that we were not comfortable with When we contacted the company to discuss our options of moving the system, the owner came out and found another location in the garage (where we originally wanted it) but he did not disclose at that time that he intended to charge us the entire amount all over again (less the $for the fan that he would be reusing) I reached out with an e-mail trying to come to a compromise and the email was never responded to Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received and I would not recommend this company

I knew from the first meeting with Lifetime Radon Solutions at the Home Show at the Wisconsin State Fair Park that we would be selecting this company to install our mitigation system The caring attitude of the entire staff was important to me and my wife after we found high levels of radon in our home The numerous times we were told they were concerned for our well being confirmed that they were serious in helping us rather than just installing another system Our technician Justin was so knowledgeable in the causes and effects of radon, which was important but he was also such a pleasant individual to work with He spent the time to listen to my concerns and calmed my fears right before he drilled that big hole in my basement floor He was very professional and completed installing my system in a timely manner I would recommend Justin and Lifetime Radon Solutions to anyone concerned for their health because of radon in their homes

We are extremely happy with every employee of Lifetime Radon Solutions who were involved with the installation of our Radon Mitigation System last week From the first person who came to check our house to see what needed to be done, to the installers (they were efficient and neat) to the original person coming back to pick up the radon monitor they were always pleasant and professionalThe Radon Mitigation system is wonderful; so quiet you cannot hear the motor run (and it is outside of our bedroom window)and we sleep with our windows open!

This company installed a radon mitigation system back in May 2014. The system recently failed and when I called to let them know the system was down, they refused to stop out and repair it under warranty. Lifetime Radon Solutions claims they have a lifetime warranty, but they are not offering to repair or resolve the issue. The Radon levels have climbed to unsafe levels and have made my basement unusable. Lifetime Radon Solutions has poor customer service...Buyer Beware.

I had my radon mitigation system installed in May 2014. The people at Lifetime Radon Solutions were very pleasant to work with. The work was well explained and quoted so I knew what to expect and if there could be any incidentals. What I am most pleased about is how they took into account my desires to camouflage the system as much as possible and locate the tubing in non-obstructive places. When we had the house visit they entertained my questions about possible locations and options for where it would be placed in the basement and what we could do with the sump pump, then where it would penetrate into the garage and finally in to the attic and out the roof. We even discussed the aesthetic benefits of penetrating on one part of the roof versus another to take into account lack of visibility from the curb. They gave me advice as if it was their own house. Since I was not selling my house and plan to be in it for a while, it was important to me that it be done right, functionally and aesthetically. Thank you Lifetime Radon.
