Be WARNED if You Care About Your Home
If you are a home owner that takes pride in home ownership, cares about the quality and the details of the work performed on and in your home by contractors, if you know what a "lien waver" is and why you want want, and if you prefer having contractors not make the "executive decisions" that are important to you then I suggest you find another radon services company. As soon as the LifetimeRadon contractor showed up I walked him through exactly where I wanted the the system installed and where it was to exit through the side of my house through the rim joist. I explicitly pointed to the locations and the tech affirmed that he was OK with the locations I specified. The tech informed me he should everything installed within 4-5 hours, early that afternoon. When I returned 5 hours later the tech said he had completed everything and was ready to review the work. Here is where I found he did not exit through the rim joist but instead knocked out nearly a complete foundation block well below where we had agreed exiting through the rim joist making the task not only much more difficult but also ruining the integrity of the block foundation of my home. I suggest going with another company that doesn't hire younger people who have a challenge listening to and following instructions! I'll give 1 star for the quality of the work but as for "execution" a zero! Before this service, the block foundation wall did not show any horizontal cracking and/or shifting that many homes in my area do and I was hoping to keep it that way. However, now I'll be tracking and documenting this radon installation for the next 7 years hoping those problems don't arise...if they do I've been informed that there is a 7 year (?) warranty but we all know what it is likely getting contractors to admit to mistakes in their work and coming back to mitigate them to the home owner's satisfaction, right! Again, as you will find a common thread in these reviews go with someone else who will "get it right the first time", listens to, and follows the agreed on installation location.

Call anyone else. Not Lifetime
Do NOT do business with these people. They have no respect or consideration for your time. I called to set up a time for an estimate and they would only give me a 4 hour window. First mistake I made. Make an appointment for a time not a window of time. After 4 hours went by I called. After they talked to MIKE he said he was running late. He still had 2 or 3 customers before he got to me. The 4 hour window is now 6 to 8. They could have called to let me know he was running late. Didn't happen. They have my number and Email because they sent me 2 Emails and 2 Text to confirm appointment to make sure I would be there but they didn't show up. Just go with someone else and save yourself the frustration.

We are extremely happy with every employee of Lifetime Radon Solutions who were involved with the installation of our Radon Mitigation System last week From the first person who came to check our house to see what needed to be done, to the installers (they were efficient and neat) to the original person coming back to pick up the radon monitor they were always pleasant and professionalThe Radon Mitigation system is wonderful; so quiet you cannot hear the motor run (and it is outside of our bedroom window)and we sleep with our windows open! I would not hesitate to recommend Lifetime Radon Solutions!

We are very dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received from Lifetime Radon We had asked for a consultation appointment to determine the location of the system and were told we didn't need one and that it would be done on the day of installation The technician arrived over hours late and we were rushed into making a decision on the location of the unit that we were not comfortable with When we contacted the company to discuss our options of moving the system, the owner came out and found another location in the garage (where we originally wanted it) but he did not disclose at that time that he intended to charge us the entire amount all over again (less the $for the fan that he would be reusing) I reached out with an e-mail trying to come to a compromise and the email was never responded to Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received and I would not recommend this company
